Do I need an account to request a quotation?
No. Your name and email are all we need to reply. Company and phone are optional.
Can I get one quotation for several parts?
Yes. Add each part to your quote list from the catalogue, with a quantity and a note, then send the whole list as one enquiry. You receive one quotation for it.
What if I don't have a part number?
Describe what you have: sizes, material, the machine make and model, and photos of the worn part. The quote-ready checklist on this page lists what to measure for each range.
Which files can I attach?
Drawings, photos or spec sheets as JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 10 MB each and 5 files per enquiry.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Prices depend on the specification, the quantity and stock at the time, so every order is quoted individually. Your quotation shows the price of each line.
How do I receive the quotation?
As a PDF by email. It lists each part with its quantity and unit price, the total, and the date it is valid until.
